Meridian Energy’s future integrated reports will also be available from this website. You can, at any time, request and receive a free printed copy of the 2024 integrated report or any future reports by contacting Computershare on (09) 488 8777 or by emailing ecomms@computershare.co.nz.

If you are not an existing participant in the Meridian Energy Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and are an eligible shareholder in New Zealand or Australia who would like to participate, please visit www.investorcentre.com/nz to update your reinvestment options in the “My Profile” page, before 5pm on 6 September 2024. Shareholders who elect to participate will receive shares instead of cash for the FY24 final dividend at the average market price over a five-day period ending on 10 September 2024.
