If you are not an existing participant in the Meridian Energy Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and are an eligible shareholder in New Zealand or Australia who would like to participate, please visit www.investorcentre.com/nz to update your reinvestment options in the “My Profile” page, before 5pm 12 March 2024. Shareholders who elect to participate will receive shares instead of cash for the FY24 interim dividend at the average market price over a five-day period ending on 14 March 2024.

The FY24 interim dividend will be paid and new shares issued under the DRP on 26 March 2024.
